THE BREATHWORK SOUND BATH

'The Breathwork Sound Bath' is a powerful tool for anyone who wants to create the life they desire.

The practice starts when you choose something you want to call into your life. We then move in 25 minutes of facilitated breathwork (w/ Guy Douglas). This breathwork is powerful— it can bring up and stir emotions that, hidden under the rug, can be preventing you from reaching your goals. 

We then move in an sweet & gentle sound bath with a 38" Paiste gong, diatonic crystal singing bowls, quartz bowls, Tibetan bowls, Native American flute, chimes and more.
